I understand things will change, nothing ever stays the same. I suppose after time you learn to get used to this. Change isn't or shouldn't be a surprise it's something you should be prepared for and expect. Yet why can't we ever accept that? Relapsing doesn't help, cut the cord and move on or keep dragging yourself along, those are the only options I see. Don't look back.
